TERMS AND CONDITIONS/Delivery/Customer Service/Return/Exchange Policy for ASHORE SHOP CUSTOMERS:

Please note: Ashore Shop prides itself on offering interesting, creative and unique merchandise to match our recreation and adventure fashion theme. We are a designer and factory outlet store.

 

Delivery: Average worldwide free delivery time will range from 7- 20 business days. Certain exceptional items may arrive quicker or later depending on the product origin and time of year. Please note that since some items may come from a great distance, tracking procedure may vary at times or have temporary gaps in real time notifications. Ashore shop does have an automatic 24-7 order tracking system, as well as an on-line Chat box. We have staff answering email daily all year. Unlike Amazon, we do not have the capacity for one day delivery.

 

Customer Service: It is important to note that clothing and fashion items are very subjective to our buyers and our customers. Ashore Shop does our absolute best to make our customers happy and to meet expectations. When you have questions about your order, we maintain a company regimen and mandate to respond to you rapidly; we do not ignore customer email/message  ever. Our staff will observe certain holidays, and limited weekend hours.

Ashore Shop may, when relevant, offer an exchange, store credit or refund on the ordered items, to the original payment method. All processes must be accepted by our customer service department. We try to make all procedure run smoothly


A Return/Exchange may be relevant for the following reasons:

1.Wrong Color, Size and Style  2.Inferior quality
3. You may still return what you ordered for our store credit or an exchange for another piece if we have sent to you the item you ordered, upon customer service approval and provided that you communicate via email and follow customer service item return procedure. 
  

Returnable/Exchangeable conditions:

  1. Return requests or claim must be filed using Ashoreshop Return/Exchange Application Form within 15 days after your receipt of the item.
  2. Keep items in a good condition, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
  3. All seasonal discount sale items, clearance and gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund or exchange.                                                             

Attention: Any return or exchange pursuit will be only valid when it is first accepted by our customer service center. We will assign a new address for you to use at the time of your return. Please do not use postal service ‘Return to Senders.


A. Exchange Procedure

You must initiate a return or exchange claim using our Ashoreshop Return/Exchange Application Form within 15 days after your receipt of the item, which includes the order number and email and photos are required before the allowance of a return is approved. 

Notice: Attaching product defect photos and description of issues in detail is required in this process.

B. Return Package

IMPORTANT: Do not make returns directly to the address on the package. Do not send ‘back to sender’. Do not send to our company address. You must obtain a return case number from customer service, which must be attached to your item, for your return package to go to the right fulfillment center, as advised. Please note returning an item to the wrong address will not get any refund.


All returns must be made with a traceable carrier. Please send your return tracking number to service@ashoreshop.com.

C. Refund

1). Return/refund requests (for review) or claim are only allowed within 15 days after the order is delivered. All items need to be returned in order to get refund.

    2). We do have a 2-hour cancelation policy: In order to receive full refund, the order must be canceled within 2 hours of the customer order transaction to the store without using any gift cards or discount code.

    3). All items must be returned in order to get full refund.

     

    D. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
    1. Men’s and Women’s Underwear, Swimwear, Sleepwear/Loungewear, Under Pants, Custom Made-to-Order or Made-to-Measure items, Food and Drink Related Items, Customer damaged pieces, Noticed Final Seasonal Sale items.  
    2. All items purchased with a gift card or store sale discount code are not eligible for return/exchange/refund. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Ashore Shop cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable. Seasonal final sale Items are not eligible for return.
    3. If you ordered the wrong items or give us a wrong, non-deliverable or vacant address, we allow you to change/correct this address within 24 hours. After 24 hours, shipped out goods are not refundable/ returnable


    E. Refund Time:

    When all return conditions are met, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

    Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. If you want us to refund to another credit card, please contact us in advance. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Note: Credit card refunds may take a longer time to arrive.
